At The Archer & Me, our custom hand made items are produced within 1-5 business days of receiving payment unless otherwise specified in the item description.
If a pre-order item was selected, all items will be shipped once the pre-order item is produced.
Please allow an extra 5-7 business days during sale periods due to heavy traffic flow with orders.
We use Australia post as our shipping carrier to ensure we are providing the lowest shipping costs to our customers, however for bulk orders, we may use another courier service.
All shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout.
All orders are shipped from The Archer & Me, located in Bendigo, Victoria, Australia.
Shipping times can vary from 1-10 business day depending on your location.

Local Delivery (Bendigo Region)
The Archer & Me offers free local delivery within the Bendigo Region. This can be selected at the checkout. Local deliveries are fulfilled within 48 business hours on all available stock.
Express shipping is available at the checkout. Express shipping generally takes 1-2 business days throughout Australia for all major cities throughout the CBD. Depending on your location, Australia Post’s next day guarantee may not apply.
We do offer international shipping on request.

In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only be made prior to the order being processed. Where possible The Archer & Me will accommodate address change requests.
